Incentive, Special Interest Groups, Conferences and Various Events
Creative Western Adventures designs programs with a difference for incentive groups, conferences and special events. Thanks to our extensive network of contacts in various sectors, we are in a position to integrate a variety of company special interests in our programs. We strive to offer incentive travellers a complete and memorable experience that goes well beyond just seeing the sights and that combines the sense of being pampered expected from an incentive trip with a sense of adventure and discovery.
Some examples of Incentive and Special Interest Trips:
HMI, Belgium
For this group of 80 people we organized a multifaceted trip that included an authentic experience on a Native Reserve, a helicopter scenic flight with a champagne stop, traditional cowboy lunches in ranches with live country music, a private rodeo. wildlife viewing in the Rocky Mountains, luxurious accommodation and gourmet dinners in several Fairmont hotels.
Agribrands, Québec
The competition winners of this company were treated to a special dinner while watching the Chuckwagon races at the Calgary Stampede, went on a trip to the Rocky Mountains and visited dairy farms and feeding lots in Southern Alberta (12 people).
L'Oréal, France
The 25 participants were taken through a full cowboy experience attending the Calgary Stampede and staying in a local ranch.
Opel, Switzerland
This trip in Alberta and British Columbia included horse-riding and riding in the Rocky Mountains, cycling among wineries, and an action-packed stay in Vancouver including kayaking, story telling and visiting pictograph sites with Native guides.
Volkswagen, Germany
A winter-long program for 10 consecutive groups (350 participants) focused on learning to drive snowmobiles, and then cars in icy conditions. Experiences in the wilderness, skiing and heliskiing were also offered.
Chrysler, Switzerland
A winter program similar to Volkswagen for 50 clients based on Jeep winter driving skills.
Volkswagen, California and North America
Incentive and corporate programs for 50 sales managers.
Hockey Clubs, Switzerland
Various clubs from Switzerland, week to 10-day program with playing Calgary, Edmonton or Vancouver teams, adding fun activity programs to the hockey games.
Music Groups, Switzerland
Various Yodel Groups from Switzerland for which we designed programs with local yodel clubs, farm visits and unique outdoor and nature programs in Alberta or Alberta and British Columbia.
